Photo Specifications

Format (Size)
One identical photograph must be submitted, it should be 2 in (51 mm) x 2 in (51 mm) in Width and Height and Image Size must be from 5 to 100 Kb. It should show a close up of your face and the top of your shoulders so that your face takes up between 70% – 80% of the face or 1.4″ x 1.6″ from the chin to the crown of the head. The photo must clearly show the person’s facial features in a straightforward position from the tip of the chin to the crown of the head as well as the left and right sides of the face. In the case of voluminous hair, it must be ensured that the head (including the hairstyle) is fully depicted without reducing the size of the face, if possible. The face must be centered in the photo and no more than six months old, to ensure an up to date likeness.
Background

The background should be white. The background should not have any pattern. The photo should show only the person to be photographed (no other persons (group pictures) or objects in the photo). No shadows must be shown in the background.

Expression

The head of the person photographed should be neither at an angle nor turned (portrait style). Your head must be square to the camera; your face can be slightly rotated and or tilted. Your face and eyes must be straight towards the camera so both ears and cheek are clearly visible.

Head Wear

Generally speaking, head wear is not permitted. Exceptions are possible, especially for religious reasons. In such cases, the face must be visible from the lower tip of the chin to the forehead. No shadows should be visible on the face.

Passport Specifications

Passport Number
  1. Enter the passport number that is at the top of the passport information page (the page with your photo).
  2. Most passport numbers are 8 to 11 characters long. If the number you plan to enter is much shorter or longer than this, check that you are using the right number.
  3. Passport numbers are made up of a combination of letters and numbers. Be extra careful with the letter O and the number 0, and the letter I and the number 1.
  4. Don’t enter any special characters (like a hyphen) or spaces.
Upload your Passport Information Page

You need to upload your passport’s information page while filling out the Saudi eVisa application. Clearly scan your information page as sample given below and upload it on the passport information field on the application form.

Caution: If the scan isn’t clear, or not visible, or not clear to read/understand, Your information cannot be validated by our Visa executives. In that case the chance of getting your visa refusal is high.
