2. About Our Service

Saudi eVisa is a private, independent visa assistance service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Saudi Arabia. We help travellers prepare and submit their Saudi tourist eVisa application, review it for errors, and provide customer support. You may also apply directly through the official government portal at visa.visitsaudi.com, usually at a lower cost.

3. Eligibility to Use Our Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our service. When applying on behalf of others, such as family members or minors, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to provide their personal information. Each traveller, including infants and minors, requires a separate application.

4. Services Provided

Our service includes reviewing your application for completeness and accuracy, validating your photo and passport details against Saudi requirements, submitting your application to the Saudi system, tracking its status, and providing support by email, WhatsApp, and support ticket. We do not make the visa decision; that rests solely with the Saudi authorities.

5. Fees and Payment

The total price shown at checkout is inclusive of the government visa fee, our service fee, and payment processing charges, and is displayed in US dollars. There are no hidden fees. Payment is required before we process your application. We accept major cards and digital wallets as shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the total amount displayed.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, you may cancel before submission for a partial refund of the service fee, and no refund is available once the application has been submitted or approved. Please review the Refund Policy in full before purchasing.

7. User Obligations and Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information, for holding a passport valid at least six months from your arrival date, and for complying with all Saudi entry rules and local laws. Providing false or misleading information may lead to refusal or refund ineligibility. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

We do not and cannot guarantee that your visa will be approved. All decisions are made by the Saudi immigration authorities at their sole discretion. Our fee covers the assistance service described above, not the visa outcome.

9. Processing Times

We offer Standard (within 72 business hours), Priority (within 24 business hours), and Express (within 6 business hours) processing. These are estimates measured from when we receive your complete application and payment. Final processing is performed by government systems and may occasionally take longer for reasons beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Travel Rox, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described there, including its transfer to the Saudi authorities to facilitate your application.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the service fee paid for the application in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed flights, cancelled trips, or other travel costs.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Rox, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your provision of inaccurate or unlawful information.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment processors and government portals. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, without liability.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government action, portal outages, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.
